Shift: Flexible with extra hours or travel possibilities
Salary: Competitive compensation ranging from $35 to $44 per hour with overtime

ResponsibilitiesPerform service and repairs on snow grooming equipment throughout Ontario
Troubleshoot various vehicle systems and components, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic
Ensure accuracy and completion of work orders and paperwork
Conduct welding and fabrication jobs when necessary
Provide technical support and information to the product support team and factory engineering
Build and maintain relationships with customers to address their concerns and needs
Uphold high standards of product quality during winter seasons
Participate in industry conferences and exhibitions to showcase products and demosQualifications
Qualification / CertificationMechanical degree (High School, Technical School, or College) preferred
5+ years of experience in a related field
Strong technical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Advanced mechanical skills with Heavy Equipment, especially in hydraulics and electrical systems
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities
Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office software
Ability to work extra hours, including weekends and nights, to meet client needs
Valid driver's license and passportSummary
