- Streamline and manage facility contracts for multiple buildings (approximately 15) and fleet management of Spark Power vehicles (approximately 540 vehicles) in Canada.
- Implement new tools, systems, and processes to increase efficiencies and standardization among the facility management at all branches
- Manage and maintain fleet and facilities budget (Opx/CapX), working with Finance and Operations
- Negotiation and administration of lease contracts for all fleet vehicles and facilities in Canada
- Work with decal shop, GPS installers, and repair shops
- Maintain Fleet Management software, Licenses, 407, fleet & gas card tracking, etc. and ensure timely and effective records are kept and up to date for all fleet services
- Develop, maintain and implement all SPC Fleet policies and oversee the execution of preventative fleet maintenance
- Proactively manage and report on operational performance of the fleet, such as lifecycle management, fuel consumption, and cost analysis, analyze maintenance costs and/or repairs and provide expert recommendations
- Tracks utilization of fleet, as well as making recommendations for the redeployment or addition of units
- Maintain, develop and drive continuous improvement of the Key Performance Indicators in line with Supply Chain goals and company objectives
- Develop KPIs to measure performance of our Service Providers, provide feedback and set expectations for future contracts, safeguard Scorecard planning, execution, and follow up
- Establish a playbook of processes for providing operational input for new acquisitions and/or building consolidations
- Procure all equipment necessary for business operations, ensuring timely acquisition and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage comprehensive equipment inventory, including licenses, warranties, calibration dates, & service agreements.
- Track and maintain utilization and location of equipment across the organization. Allocating equipment to projects and branches as needed, optimizing resource allocation.
- Provide recommendations regarding equipment usage, replacements, and alternative options.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements related to equipment usage and maintenance.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to streamline equipment-related processes and procedures.
- Maintain documentation and records related to equipment procurement, maintenance, and utilization.
- Develops and maintains systematic, analytical and results-based methods for savings, monitoring supplier's performance, and sourcing effectiveness; communicate these results to appropriate stakeholders as needed
- Identifies maverick spend and additional contract utilization opportunities
- Leverage volume across major spend items (driving processes at the highest possible level while identifying additional leveraging opportunities) directly related to Fleet & Facilities
- Develop and implement risk management strategies

- 2-5+ years of experience in facilities management, contract negotiations, procurement/supply chain with demonstrated ability to successfully handle contract negotiations, pricing analysis, and market forecasting
- 5+ years of relevant experience in fleet management. Candidate MUST have solid fleet experience. Canadian experience is also preferred but not necessary.
- Must have a solid understanding of Financial Accounting
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field from an accredited university an asset
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Specifically MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI)
- Knowledge of current industry trends, technology within the Supply Chain and Procurement space
- Ability to make sound business decisions and set priorities according to the best interests of the business, and identify and implement long term projects with a strategic focus
- Ability to drive results (beat market, plan and constant cover as deliverables to the business) and successfully implement new processes, systems and initiatives
