- You will be expected to:
- Sell a minimum of 60 devices per month.
- Attach a minimum of 2 accessories or add-on products with each device.
- Complete a minimum of 3 sales appointments a day to fill your sales funnel.
- Conduct warm calls, cold calls, text, and email campaigns to support the building of your sales pipeline.
- You’re going to learn our 7 Steps of Selling process- a full sales cycle, from qualifying leads to closing new clients.
- You’re going to crush all sales and activity-based performance goals.
- You will enthusiastically market the CPC through social media and referral acquisition.
- You will regularly train, learn, and evaluate all our operational systems, such as our POS, Partners, Statflo, CRM’s, repair, and trade-in portals.
- Attend and enthusiastically participate in key meetings, huddles, and group chats.
- You’re going to help us shape company culture by living out agreed upon values, specifically ethics and integrity.
- You are intensely competitive and not conflict adverse.
- You’re a fast learner and have a desire for ongoing learning and development.
- You’re highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
