- Create in-engine, Cinematic Visual Effects that captivate and engage our audience.
- Work closely with the VFX Lead, collaborate with the cinematic team, and associated departments to build and elevate our creative and technical approach.
- Able to be self-driven, and manage complex tasks and initiatives.
- Prototype, iterate, and integrate assets based on feedback from the client, and pivot as necessary.
- Partner with the team to establish a cinematic visual identity and build upon the ingredients of our gameplay identity and language.
- Work cleanly and efficiently in our Unreal VFX environment, utilizing proper commenting and organizational practices.
- Communicate effectively with team members, production and management to ensure that project goals and deadlines are met.
- Receive, give, and apply feedback effectively while maintaining a constructive attitude.
- 5+ Years of experience in AAA Game Development or equivalent.
- Possesses a strong understanding of VFX Principles and adjacent subject matter.
- A critical eye for timing, animation, and motion of real-world objects as well as mind-bending, fantastical VFX.
- Experience with Unreal Sequencer or adjacent in-engine cinematic workflow to craft quality, in-game cinematic VFX.
- Experience with Unreal Engine 5 / 4.
- Good understanding of the fundamentals of Blueprinting, Materials, Sequencer and clean workflows.
- Solid understanding of authoring software such as 3DS Max / Maya, Photoshop, Substance Designer or similar.
- Experience with packages such as Houdini and Embergen.
- Highly motivated with strong communication skills, and an open-minded professional attitude.
- Keen to share your knowledge and experience, while able to learn and grow from the knowledge base of an experienced team.

- A desire to mentor and support our Junior and Intermediate members of our team.
- A strong aptitude for organization, exploration and documentation.
