- Payroll Administration - Preparing and inputting bi-weekly payroll using ADP online software; setting up new payroll accounts and making applicable changes/updates; issuing pay statements, ROE's and yearly T4's; generating payroll reports for each pay period and year end.
- Human Resources Administration - Maintaining personnel files; keeping track of vacation days, probation periods, sick days; administering benefits, enrollments/cancellations; preparing employment documents; managing mobile phone accounts.
- Recruitment - Drafting job descriptions; advertising job openings and screening for suitable candidates; arranging and participating in interviews; conducting reference checks; orienting new hires.
- Compliance - Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures; implementing new policies or changes as per leadership's direction; consulting on HR related issues as needed.
- Employee Support - Addressing any HR issues brought to your attention by employees; answering employment related questions; providing necessary support to staff on leave and coordinating their return to work.
