- Assist in providing administrative recruiting support including resume screening, job posting, interview and meeting scheduling, and providing additional support on an ad hawk basis to various areas of human resources
- Support in creating operational manuals, procedure documentation, electronic record keeping
- Assisting with administrative duties related to onboarding of new hires
- Assist in providing support to LendCare employees for administrative requests
- Knowledge of, and support in documenting policies and procedures
- Assist in coordinating events to promote company culture and health & wellness programs
- Support other HR special projects or initiatives as needed
- Perform other general administrative duties as may be assigned from time to time by the HR leadership, and other department directors, managers and supervisors in both Pickering and Montreal offices
- Act up as back up for payroll processing when required (training provided)
- 1+ year of administrative support within a professional office setting
- Relevant post- secondary education in HR, business administration or related field
- High degree of integrity with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive issues
- Computer proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to work fulltime on-site in our Pickering office, with occasional travel to Mississauga office for special events and meetings
