- Collaborate with executives and various departments, providing weekly reports on environment progress during the Environment Provisioning meeting.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet the needs of all parties, ensuring client specifications, provisioning tasks, and timelines are fulfilled.
- Review environment requests, schedule Kickoff Call Meetings with internal stakeholders, and propose changes as needed.
- Conduct daily team provisioning meetings.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the environment provisioning process.
- Create and monitor detailed work items and tasks related to environment provisioning.
- Develop and maintain project plans for environment provisioning.
- Ensure on-time delivery and adherence to scope for environments.
- Ensure compliance with environment timelines by monitoring & taking proactive action for delegated tasks to provisioning team.
- Ensure availability and allocation of resources in the provisioning team align with projected delivery dates.
- Cultivate strong relationships, coordinate with internal stakeholders, facilitate inter-departmental project management, and manage the Cloud Operations Go-Live Calendar.
- Implement and enhance SLO tracking.
- Manage incoming provisioning inquiries.
- Implement continuous process optimization.
- Manage and monitor the Provisioning Backlog.
- Manage provisioning documentation, links, and WIKI updates.
- Manage, develop, and oversee environments simultaneously, including planning, coordination, and decommissioning of databases and environments.
- Measure environment provisioning performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Obtain necessary approvals for initiating environment provisioning.
- Perform risk management for provisioning tasks.
- Supervise and manage environment implementation, including reviewing plans, creating work items, auditing tickets, and following up.
- Verify that SOW/Contracts are signed and validate items are provided prior to implementing any provisioning tasks from Sales, Services, Support, Vendors, Contractors, and Suppliers.

- Demonstrates a proven record as a project manager in the information technology sector.
- Demonstrates a rapid learning ability and the capacity to adapt to changes swiftly.
- Displays excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Displays strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exhibits a record of developing and maintaining strong relationships.
- Exhibits strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Possesses exceptional skills in client-facing and internal communication.
- Possesses a solid technical background.
- Possesses a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
- Certifications related to AWS,Azure and ITIL frameworks a plus.
- Overall 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Experience in managing public and private cloud platforms.
- Proven experience in leading in managing backlogs, timely delivery of projects
- A track record of actively seeking and implementing improvements in cloud operations processes and technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer empathy
- 2+ years of work experience as a team lead or manager in a Cloud Operations center or technical Support space
- Knowledge of major cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Private Datacenters
- Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework, particularly incident management, problem management, and change management.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate activities with cross-functional teams, communicate incident status to stakeholders, and liaise with external partners or vendors.
- Strong problem-solving skills to analyse complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Leadership skills to manage and motivate teams within the cloud operations center, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Strong documentation skills to maintain records of operational procedures, incident reports, and other relevant documentation.
- Ability to review trends and identify areas of opportunities.
- 5-8 years’ experience in project management.
- Experience of 5+ years in the oil, gas, energy, or related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in project management.
- PMP certification.
- Proficient in utilizing Gantt Charts or other project management tools.
