On-site Events Specialist & Technician

- Providing on-site customer support over email, phone
- Be responsible for connecting PheedLoop's integrated events platform and system to hardware technology for on-site events
- Providing technical support on everything related to PheedLoop's on-site software such as Event Apps, Lead Retrieval and more
- Studying the PheedLoop platform and best practices in-depth to be able to answer any questions that come your wa
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer success, customer service or account management role
- Extremely strong work ethic, with an energetic and positive attitude
- Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Demonstrated ability to work and grow independently, and a great team player
- A valid Passport
- Experience in the events industry managing conferences, trade shows, or similar events
- Experience selling software products
- Experience working in small business environments
- Bilingual proficiency (English and French)
