- Monitoring and maintaining all mechanical equipment and systems in the plant.
- Performing daily pre-operational inspections and repairs as necessary
- Accountable to adhere to and utilize company policies and procedures and HACCP regulations.
- Monitoring and maintenance of all the mechanical equipment and systems in the plant
- Performing daily pre-operational inspections and repairs as necessary
- Responsible for boiler operation of a high-pressure boilers
- Welding and other tasks as needed. This role has alot of growth potentialQualifications
- Experience with welding and a willingness to learn
- Work in extreme temperatures, dusty areas, or on physically demanding projects
- Mechanical, electrical and refrigeration systems knowledge, and an ability to use power and manual tools.
- Maintenance Experience (3-4 years of experience)
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs as this role can be physically demanding
- Flexible shift availability as this role could be rotational as need to start
- Located in or around the Port Coquitlam, BC areaSummary
