- Attract, assess, and register new candidates for their educational programs, mainly by responding to the large number of leads the institution receives - Full training is provided!
- Call, email and follow up meticulously with new leads/prospective students to schedule either a phone, video or in-person consultation
- Assess each candidate based on the institution's screening process, to ensure they are qualified and the right fit for the programs offered
- Assist prospective students throughout the enrollment journey, ensuring all necessary documentation and admission criteria are fulfilled and properly documented
- Ensure students are matched with programs that align with their goals, aiming to pave the way for their career advancement post-graduation
- Meet monthly and yearly student enrolment goals
- Foster strong connections with both students and staff to encourage referrals
- Maintain accurate records within the college's administrative system
- 3+ years of sales and client service experience, ideally in a consultative capacity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to connect with people
- Maturity, critical thinking skills, and the ability to act as a guide/advisor
- Education industry experience is an asset
- Tech-savvy with basic computer skills
- Proactive, self-starter, driven to reach their goals
