- Expérience (de la pré-production à la sortie) sur des titres 3D à grande échelle (PC, consoles actuelles/prochaines générations)
- Connaissance et expérience en programmation orientée objet et/ou en scripting tel que python ou C++
- Expérience dans le développement d'ensembles d'outils pour gérer les données
- Connaissance des pratiques de stockage/organisation de données à grande échelle
- Individu positif, orienté solution avec une passion pour le développement de jeux
- Expérience avec les moteurs de jeu AAA de prochaine génération
- Excellent sens du design et création d'expériences utilisateur exceptionnelles

- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de Personnages et autres équipes techniques pour produire du contenu artistique qui est propre techniquement
- Utiliser Python pour créer des outils et améliorer les outils existants
- Vérifier les actifs en termes de configuration technique pour leur utilisation dans Star Citizen.
- Travailler en collaboration avec l'équipe pour s'assurer que les assets fonctionnent correctement, tout en ayant les meilleurs résultats artistiques possibles

- Designing, developing, and deploying new character features for StarCitizen, working closely with fellow designers, and game directors, to ensure the vision for Star Citizen becomes reality
- Maintaining and updating existing features in Star Citizen, cleaning out deprecated assets and organizing the remaining assets into an efficient, effective structure
- Optimizing workflows for implementing appropriate data and gameplay components for each character asset
- Developing prototypes for scalable solutions to character requirements, be they technical or design limitations
- Partnering with creative stakeholders across mutli-disciplinary teams to support the delivery of features pertaining to characters, ensuring they are fun and engaging whilst following design specifications
- Contributing to character tools improvement, highlighting bottlenecks or suggesting areas where tools could improve workflow
- Providing leadership to fellow character technical designers, guiding them in their progress towards the goals set for their individual improvement and for the team as a whole
- 4+ years of professional experience in game development – in a System/Tech Designer capacity.
- Experience (from pre-production to release) on a large scale, 3D titles (PC, current/next-gen consoles).
- Knowledge and experience with Object Oriented programming and/or scripting such as python or C++.
- Experience developing toolsets to manage data.
- Knowledge of large-scale data storage/organization practices.
- Positive, solution-orientated individual with a passion for game development.
- Experience with next generation AAA game engines.

- Work closely with the Character Art team and other technical teams to help produce technically correct art content
- Use Python to create tools and enhance existing tools.
- Check assets in terms of technical setup for their usage in Star Citizen.
- Work in collaboration with the team to make sure assets work correctly while achieving the best possible results
