Amazing Benefits programResponsibilities
Implement FIFO practices, ensuring the efficient use of materials.
Operate high-intensity mixers, ribbon blenders, or drum tumblers for a uniform mix.
Discharge ingredients into super sacks or drums, expertly staged on the mezzanine.
Maintain cleanliness in blenders and resin handling systems, adhering to high standards.
Work independently, showcasing a strong sense of urgency and self-motivation.
Prioritize safety, adhering to all safety and company policies.
Contribute to continuous improvement and troubleshooting of the blending process.Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience in a plastic manufacturing environment is preferred
Ability to stand for 6-8 hours and lift 25 kg as needed.
Manual dexterity to work with hand tools and operate equipment.
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime.
Maintain a good attendance record.
Must be literate with excellent communication skills.
