- Review job orders to determine job specifications such as production time, color sequence and quantities required, and advise press crew of these specifications.
- Set-up, operate, cleanup, and recommend improvements to production presses operations.
- Monitor box quality, including but not limited to lose liner, warp, correct sizing, and proper scoring/slotting. Report and/or handle any quality problems.
- Perform minor maintenance and participate in monthly preventative maintenance.
- Meets KPI targets set by management.
- Trains new hires.
- Adheres to all workplace safety policies and regulations.
- Additional duties related to this job classification as assigned by the supervisor.
- College or University degree in any subject
- 2+ years of printing experience, corrugated packaging experience preferred
- 2+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment
- Basic computer skills for production data entry
- Be able to li up to 50lb and standing for extended period
- Proficiency in reading, writing and basic math is a must
