Inside Sales Representative - Future Opportunities

- Be the one-stop-shop for residential and small commercial customers interested in joining the Superior family or increasing their footprint with us.
- Take inbound sales calls and web leads, qualify the prospect, and close the sale
- Manage your funnel through active follow up.
- Contribute to customer retention though top-notch customer service and proactive outbound campaigns.
- Feed the commercial sales team funnel, by qualifying large opportunities and getting them to the field for follow up by the right expert.
- Work with other teams throughout the business to ensure our customers get a great onboarding experience.

- Three years of experience working with customers (bonus points for sales!)
- Minimum High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Customer focused relationship builder
- Solid computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, etc) and quick to learn new applications
- Previous experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems is a bonus
- Bilingual in French and/or Spanish? We're actively looking for bilingual reps!
