- This ideal candidate will have to be a strong self-starter, and not shy away from breaking down silos to gather info from other teams
- You will be open to seek and accept feedback from other team members, as well as capitalize from the strengths of working with service design and user research
- This role will deal with a lot of technical aspects, so being able to have your voice heard by product and engineering is a must
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience designing responsive web and/or native mobile applications
- Bachelor Degree in Design, or related fields (or equivalent work experience)
- Ability to communicate your designs to stakeholders and other designers
- Receive feedback with open arms and an open mind
- Mastery of Figma along with proficiency in prototyping
- Comfortable working in a self-guided manner
- Knowledge of html/css/js is definitely not necessary, but would be an added bonus
- Ability to work within a robust design system with a desire to push existing standards to the next level.
- Keen interest in advocating for design as a whole to the rest of the organization
