The Manager of Field Force Effectiveness drives best-in-class sales execution for the Canadian
market. The individual will partner with sales directors to develop and refine sales effectiveness
strategies and then ensures that these objectives are translated into tactics which are successfully
implemented by all field force colleagues.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with Business Unit Directors to develop an effective Sales Force Effectiveness
- Recognize the need for and contribute to the design of processes, systems and training
- Drive the ongoing improvement of the company's Solution Selling methodology, delivering an
- Work in constant partnership with internal stakeholders. Nurture productive relationships

- Coach the coach. Work with Regional Business Managers on their ability and effectiveness
- Undertake leadership activities that enable the team to be productive and effective, coach,
- Represent the country's SFE agenda across the business, in company meetings, on projects
- In partnership with the company's fleet management partner, oversee the implementation
- Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in relevant field, business administration, sales, science
- Sales qualification e.g. Solution Selling
- Experienced in sales and sales leadership, with track record of sales success and development of sales organisations
- CRM and sales force systems use
- Experienced coach, mentor and people developer
- Experience in pharmaceuticals or life sciences required
- IT literate. Able to use standard business software, communication tools and CRM systems
- Excellent French and English communication skills, spoken and written is required
- Occasional travel required (10% or less)
