One of my client is looking for a Team leader to lead a small team of Hardware designers including planning , designing, architecture, scheduling, testing and delivery to carrier-grade hardware used for optical line systems. This role is a mixture of people management and architecture level hardware design role focussed on Optical transport systems.Advantages

*Ability to lead a team of Hardware designers , develop projects , advise and mentor HW, mechanical, and FPGA team members
*creating and Developing architecture around 1RU solutions
*Project lead for other resources like mechanical design and FPGA design
  • Define technical specifications to support design concepts and participate in specification reviews
*Involvement in design reviews, guide technical discussions to conclusionQualifications
*Bachelors in Electrical engineering or similar degree with years of exp in Optical transport equipment
*Experience in 1RU carrier-grade system requirements and high-speed optical transmission systemsSummary
