We deliver what we promise and learn along the way.We’re Looking For:Reporting to the Titles Supervisor, the Titles Clerk acts as a support partner responsible for ensuring all titles are processed and verified accurately, efficiently, and effectively by following correct policies and procedures.You Are:Detail-oriented. You will utilize your analytical and problem-solving skills to support your colleagues.Customer service oriented. You will have a positive attitude, be eager to help, and demonstrate a willingness to provide the customer with the best service possible.Team player. You are open to working with other departments, to produce more accurate data.Key Responsibilities:Performs data entry, and inputs title information into the system. Verifies payment status.Checks vehicle titles and/or supporting documentation for accuracy ensuring title is acceptable.Provides supporting documentation based on confirmations of sale for large consignors.Creates shipping label, packages, seals, and sends titles to buyers daily via courier.Ensures titles are delivered to the correct purchasing dealer and/or buyer.Files titles that are awaiting payment into secured fireproof title cabinet.Maintain all working area conditions and equipment to ensure they are within corporate standards for cleanliness, proper maintenance and safety.Other projects and tasks as assigned.Education and Qualification Requirements:Attention to detail and ability to accurately distinguish between numbers, letters and alphabetize.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Must exhibit strong team player attributes with the ability to multitask and prioritize as well as work independently.Must have strong typing skills.One year of experience in data entry or title work required with automotive experience preferred.General automotive knowledge an assetBasic knowledge of Microsoft & Google applications.High School Diploma or GED required with some college preferred.What We Offer:Competitive payMedical, dental, and vision benefitsRRSP (Canada) with company matchPaid Vacation, Personal, and Sick TimeRobust Employee Assistance ProgramEmployer paid Leap into Service Day to volunteerTuition Reimbursement for eligible programsOpportunities to expand your skill set and share your knowledge across a publicly traded, global organizationCompany culture of internal promotions, diverse career paths, and meaningful advancementSound like a match?
