MAIN FUNCTIONS
  • Bookkeeping
  • Denunciations of contracts and receipts
  • Management of customer accounts and collection
  • Support for customer requests; Prepare and send requested documents
  • Preparation of government and other remittances (GST / QST, CCQ, and other)
  • Management of supplier's accounts and correspondence
  • Preparation of year-end files and other for the auditors
  • Processing expense reports
  • Opening of files and printing the necessary documents for sales
  • Answer the phone
  • Other duties related to the position
Requirements
  • Essential - Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience
  • Essential - Bilingual reading and writing (French and English)
  • Essential - Mastering SAGE 50 and Excel softwares
  • Essential - +-32 hours/week / to be discussed
Knowledge and abilities
  • Asset - Mastering ACCESS and Word, an asset
  • Essential - Organization, attention to detail and team spirit
