- Preparation of government and other remittances (GST / QST, CCQ, and other)
- Management of supplier's accounts and correspondence
- Preparation of year-end files and other for the auditors
- Processing expense reports
- Opening of files and printing the necessary documents for sales
- Answer the phone
- Other duties related to the position
- Essential - Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience
- Essential - Bilingual reading and writing (French and English)
- Essential - Mastering SAGE 50 and Excel softwares
- Essential - +-32 hours/week / to be discussed
- Asset - Mastering ACCESS and Word, an asset
- Essential - Organization, attention to detail and team spirit
