Prepare, cook, and plate food to established standards for quality and presentation.
Follow the kitchen's systems & principles
Promote a safe, sanitized work environment, ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness, safety, and food storage management
Ensure the highest level of service and guest experience
Provide non-stop teamwork with your teammates and managers
Know and abide by RCR policies, Employee Handbook guidelines and Safety Management Program
Perform other tasks and duties that are applicable
You Have:
Previous cook and food preparation experience required
Cook training certification or equivalent an asset
Food safe certification, an asset, may be obtained upon hire
Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and a positive attitude
