ShareTop JobLocated in Cambridge, ONJob Duties· Prioritise and direct the tool makers and apprentices on shift to resolve tooling breakdowns as efficiently as possible· Assist the tool makers with assigned work orders and preventative maintenance· Work closely with the Engineering group to highlight and resolve recurring tooling issues and implement improvements· Manage planned and unplanned tool maintenance work· Coordinates and oversees the safe execution of daily work by tool maintenance team· Acting as the technical mentor for tool makers and apprenticesQualifications· Tool and Die Maker Certificate 430A· Strong knowledge of production stamping pressesTooling Maintenance Lead Hand Skills· Advanced knowledge of progressive and transfer tooling ranging in press sizes from 200T to 1500T· 5+ years’ experience in a hands on machining role· 2 years of demonstrated leadership skillsExpress Office: Cambridge900 Jamieson ParkwayUnit 13Cambridge, ON N3C 4N6
