- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including operations, reliability, and automation engineers to support safe and reliable unit operation
- Work with cross functional teams to identify, develop and implement operational and facility improvements with focus on safety, reliability, economics and sustainability
- Effectively communicate status of unit operation, improvement opportunities and operating costs to various stakeholders
- Currently pursuing a BSc in Chemical Engineering from a Canadian Accredited University
- Demonstrated leadership and strong academic skills
- Previous industry experience is considered beneficial, but not essential
