- Respond to installation and repair requests related to wired and wireless LAN, phone systems, building access swipe cards, hardware and software, and cable TV.
- Collaborate and liaise with the Corporate IT team on troubleshooting pertaining to the various technologies.
- Identify, analyze, troubleshoot, and communicate to the appropriate stakeholders IT related matters.
- Install new telephone systems, computer hardware, and peripherals under the guidance of the Corporate IT.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Min 3 years of progressive IT experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, staff and customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Flexible to travel and work on rotation basis.
- Valid driver's license and clear driver's abstract.
- Ability to work 14 days on, 7 days off rotating schedule.
