- Payroll; entering schedules, editing punches, maintaining employee data files and new hires, verifying & transmitting payroll
- Supports front end operations
- Employee file maintenance; reviewing new hire, orientation and training packages, completing updates, terminations, benefits, etc.
- Receiving log; entering invoices, credits & transfers, cross balance with backdoor log, file invoices accordingly
- Inventory; assisting with accounting procedures with perishable inventories
- Adhering to Company policies and procedures, and government regulations.
- Adheres to the department's assigned budget
- Managing and directing activities pertaining to department staff including hiring, coaching, and training
- Ensuring proper ordering, purchasing and inventory control and develops and implements strategic plans to achieve projected gross profits
- Implementing and ensuring adherence to the Customer Service Policy
- Providing support with overall store operations including store opening and closing
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Store Manager
- Superior customer service skills
- Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
- Strong computers skills, BDMS, MS-Office, Word and Excel applications
- Capable of standing for a prolonged period of 4-8 hours; of bending, twisting and turning and reaching; and of lifting up to 55 lbs.
- Available to work days, evenings, Saturdays and Sundays, as required
