- Develop overarching design solutions for campaign visuals that bring your ideas to life.
- Work with your creative team partners to develop design solutions that support and expand on overarching campaign ideas and
- Create individual executions within an existing campaign – everything from social content to retail communications and more.
- Act as a brand guardian for key account(s).
- Consistently interpret concepts, key visuals, and/or brand guidelines through to artwork execution.
- Provide technical expertise with a focus on print and digital production.
- Design with best-in-class retail principles in mind
- Build and create compelling presentation decks to frame up and sell your creative ideas.
- Partner with our internal and external productions partners (designers, photographers, CGI, motion, etc.) to execute a creative vision.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and internal reviews
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and innovations.
- Lives and breathes marketing, design and omnichannel communications – gets excited to talk shop and always learn.
- Confidently and simply conveys ideas and design concepts, articulating and defending rationale behind designs.
- Generates strategic design solutions that support a larger big idea that address a specific truth about the client, industry, challenge or brief — rather than simply stylistic or trend-driven executions.
- Is a hands-on creative that loves to roll up their sleeves and get things done.
- Is an expert in the execution of integrated marketing programs, including print programs for retail,
- Is embedded in the digital ecosystem, with an intuitive understanding of all its forms.
- Is fascinated by the differences between digital and physical experiences – seeking out ways to combine the two worlds.
- Has an excitement for their discipline that is contagious – with compelling storytelling skills that captivate clients and internal partners alike.
- Loves digging into problems and seeing beyond the “ask”.
- Is hungry to share and spread the love – wants to mentor junior designers and interns.
- Has experience with 360 shopper and trade marketing programs across a wide range of clients (including CPG, food/beverage, wine/spirits, electronics and toys).
- A degree or diploma in Graphic design/Advertising & Marketing, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in marketing or omnichannel communications.
- A well-rounded portfolio showcasing excellent understanding of design in different communication spaces, mediums and approaches – including print, digital, and social content.
- Expert fluency in design software, especially Adobe Creative Cloud, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. Fluency in Keynote/PowerPoint. Experience in after-effects, XD, and Premiere are a bonus!
