Finance Data Products Manager, FP&A

- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch, for our financial data products
- Drive product strategy and innovation, develop and maintain product roadmap, monitor for performance and end user feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology and CFO org to define product requirements and prioritize features
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA, CPA, or other advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years relevant business experience with a global retailer in FP&A, Product management, Reporting, and/or Data & Analytics.
- Expert knowledge of MS PowerBI and excel required, Oracle EBS and EPM preferred
- Experience in roadmap creation, project management and user acceptance testing.
- Strong analytical, data modelling and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500-$135,900 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
