The Procurement Analyst will join the Boeing Canada Supply Chain team to help develop, analyze and maintain processes, tools, information and industry best practices.The Procurement Analyst will be required to design, extract, analyze and prepare reports, as well as determine and report compliance to internal/external requirements. The candidate shall also possess experience in developing reports and visual tools utilizing multiple data sets. This position requires blending strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution, enabling the organizations to improve systems, processes, and efficiencies. The ideal candidate will have project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and drive results. This is a challenging position with an opportunity for growth and career advancement at the Boeing Company.Position Responsibilities:Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Utilize data manipulation techniques to extract, clean, and organize data from various sources.Develop reports and dashboards tools and present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.Manage and develop online tools that support organizational objectives.Assesses and reports metrics to internal stakeholders.Act as a project manager for reporting development.Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast paced environment and manage multiple projects with competing timelines.Engage with cross-functional teams across various disciplines (Manufacturing, Fulfillment, Quality, Lean, and Engineering).Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flowsDefines and improves standard work.Documents and participates in the implementation of lean improvements.Communicates project objectives and activities.Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flows.Designs executive presentations.This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Winnipeg Location.Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):3+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain or Procurement practices and processes2+ years of experience in collecting data, preparing reports, presentations and insights utilizing data analytical/business intelligence tools such as (Tableau, Cognos, Power Pivot, etc.)Experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or an equivalent such as SAPExperience using MS Office based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook etc.)Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time to the US, must hold or have the ability to hold a valid passportMust be legally able to work in CanadaIndividual must not pose a risk for safeguarding of controlled goodsMust be eligible to handle US export-controlled dataPreferred Qualifications (Education/Experience):5+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain or Procurement practices and processes5+ years of experience in collecting data, preparing reports, presentations and insights utilizing data analytical/business intelligence tools such as (Tableau, Cognos, Power Pivot, etc.)Experience with preparing and presenting data to senior leadershipProject management experience or certificationTypical Education and Experience:Associate (Level 2): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).Experienced (Level 3): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
