At Intact Investment Management, your professional development is extremely important to us!We are currently looking for an Analyst II, Investment Reporting to join the team responsible for reporting on our investments around the world.Under the supervision of the Manager, Investment Accounting and in collaboration with other team members, our candidate will support the investment teams by contributing to the delivery of external and internal financial information related to investments.Our candidate will participate in month-end, quarter-end and year-end processes, will ensure robustness of internal controls.What you'll do here:Recurring scope:
  • Financial close process including system feeds, controls, and the review of the results occurs in a timely basis and with the highest level of quality.
  • Participate in the production of externally financial information related to investments, including the financial statements of the Group and legal entities, Management reports and Canadian regulatory reporting.
  • Participate in the production of internal reporting on investment results.
  • Collaborate with other Finances Team (FP&A, Capital) for the integration of our investments results in the global reporting.
Participation in project activities:
  • Be part of perpetual improvement, automation and integration of reporting on our investments.
What you bring to the table:
  • 1 or 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • Independent and efficient, team player.
  • Interested in and curious about investments.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
  • CPA designation or CFA (an asset).
  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
