Position: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Lachine

- Customer service experience promoting and upselling products
- Experience in a sales role involving product sales, whether in-person, over the phone, or via email, is highly valued
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce (asset)Main Responsibilities:- Focus on establishing and maintaining strong client relationships to secure recurring business and generate new opportunities
- Achieve or surpass annual sales targets by prioritizing a customer-centric approach and identifying growth opportunities within existing clientele
- Respond to quote requests promptly, providing technical information to educate and assist clients in their service selection
- Maintain constant communication with clients, ensuring a professional and responsive approach
- Guide clients in their business interactions with the organization, fostering positive and collaborative engagement
- Ensure data integrity in CRM and satellite systems, ensuring information accuracy and currency
- Generate and deliver comprehensive territory activity reports, including quote status, sales planning, and analysis
- Actively participate in lead generation and prospecting, adapting to additional tasks and responsibilities as needed
