Have experience in a help desk IT environment
Have the academic credentials and experience necessary for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Certificates of training are an asset, but not mandatory
Handle a variety of requests that include distribution to support, setting user passwords, create and troubleshooting account issues.
Hardware setup and troubleshoot of end user's workstations
Support a variety of support for different types of IT related hardware: Printers, faxes, phones etc…
Maintain resolutions and tracking of issues with IT Ticketing system
Handle special projects related to IT with little or no supervision
Qualifications:
Have a degree in computer science or diploma in computer related studies
Experience working at an IT desk, assisting multi rooftops
