The accounting clerk will be able to:
Perform bookkeeping
Produce purchase orders
Participate in payroll processing (CCQ)
Process source deductions (DAS- (Quebec and Ontario), federal and CCQ)
Remit GST-QST-HST payments to authorities according to schedule
Make sales journal entries
Prepare documents for financial statements
All other related tasksQualifications
This Accounting Clerk position in Pointe-Claire is for a..:
holder of a DEP, AEC or DEC in accounting
1-3 years' experience in a similar role
Knowledge of Sage 50
Knowledge of Simple Construc (LLS) software - an asset
Knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel)
Bilingualism (French - functional English)Summary
