Product designers directly engage in researching the behaviours and needs of our users. They act as champions of user experience as we work to transform the way lawyers and their staff provide services to their clients. If you’re focused on shipping value to customers with an opportunity to revolutionize an industry, you’ve found your next team.A day in the life might look like:Lead the vision and experience design of roles and permission management across multiple Clio productsJoin a diversely skilled design team using modern design toolsWork as part of a triad alongside product management and engineeringAdvocate for our customers by knowing them and their needs inside outConcept, prototype, design and present solutions that solve both business and user problems and deliver measurable outcomesCoach and mentor designers on a range of design practicesCreate sketches, flow diagrams, wireframes, and mockups of features serving different user segmentsConduct user interviews, usability testing, and analysisUse and leverage metrics to drive product design and measure product successWhat you bring:Excellent communication skillsExperience as an interactive designer with product experience. SaaS experience is a bonusA portfolio showing UX problem solving and great visual designsExperience with modern design tools (Figma) and the willingness to adopt new tools as neededStrong understanding of web technologiesA design degree or relevant experience with platform and/or application designHumility plus strong opinions that are loosely heldWhat you will find here:Compensation is one of the main components of Clio’s Total Rewards Program. Those who are new to the role may join below the midpoint and develop their skills over time.
