We seeking a talented IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Information Technology department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees, ensuring smooth operations and resolving any IT-related issues that may arise.

• Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
• Manage user accounts and permissions
• Monitor and maintain network performance
• Assist with IT projects and initiatives
• Document and track support requests and resolutions

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2+ years of experience in IT support roles
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
• Experience with network troubleshooting and administration
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
