Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in interpreting data, analyzing results, and providing insights to support business decisions.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze complex datasets to uncover trends and patterns.Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.Work closely with management to prioritize business information needs.Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.SkillsProficiency in Python for data analysis.Strong understanding of SQL for database querying.Experience with Business Analysis and Project Management methodologies.Familiarity with R for statistical analysis.Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) principles.Ability to use visualization tools like Visio to present data insights effectively.Smash (Statistical Modeling Software) proficiency is a plus.If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis and possess the required skills mentioned above, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Job Type: Full-timePay: $46,065.89-$104,773.04 per yearBenefitsCompany eventsDental careOn-site gymOn-site parkingPaid time offScheduleMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay TypesBonus payWork Location: In person
