Job Description:Job Description Our company is currently seeking ​a Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company. Applicants must reside in Calgary, AB: Responsibilities:Obtain primary financial data for accounting recordsCode transaction using mostly Quickbooks but also other softwareCheck the accuracy of business transactionsPerform data entry and administrative duties Qualifications:Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fieldsMinimum 5 years experience using QuickBooks OnlineFundamental knowledge of GAAPAbility to prioritize and multitaskAbility to work from home effectively and be motivatedStrong organizational skillsDeadline and detail-oriented Company Description Shopville Canada is a medium sized online retail seller of video games, electronics and toys. Most of our business is on Amazon but we also use other smaller platforms such as Shopify and Walmart Marketplace.
