Aplin has partnered with an Edmonton-based company to hire a Facilities Coordinator for a 3-month contract with the potential of an extension.Responsibilities:Supervise, mentor, and support Facilities Administrative Specialist.Contribute to establishing and implementing office maintenance policies and procedures.Assist in office relocations, rearrangements, and emergencies.Coordinate secondary sites and handle facility-related issues.Participate in health and safety committee meetings and facilitate corrective actions.Manage ad-hoc assistance requests and liaise with building owners.Oversee security access systems and office asset management.Support Facilities Manager in cost monitoring and budget adherence.Track employee movement and maintain a clean, safe work environment.Manage kitchen/lunch room supplies and maintain fire safety equipment.Update floor plans for employee changes and vacancies.Qualifications:3 years’ experience in a similar role.Available for weekend and overtime work, with access to a vehicle.Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook with document formatting experience.Previous experience in a large organization is beneficial.Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.Demonstrated commitment to quality work and service.Excellent time management and ability to work independently.Familiarity with company policies and commitment to ethical behaviour.We are an award-winning employment agency that finds top talent for exceptional organizations across North America.
