Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Cashier. As a Cashier at Mobil, you will be responsible for handling transactions accurately and efficiently while providing friendly and courteous service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers as they enter the store.
Establish or identify prices of goods, services, or admission and tabulate total payment required using electronic cash registers or scanners.
Weigh produce and bulk foods as needed.
Receive and process payments by cash, cheque, credit card, or automatic debit.
Wrap or bag merchandise for customers.
Provide information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions.
Calculate total payments received at the end of the work shift and reconcile with total sales.
Verify the age of customers when selling tobacco products.
Job Requirements:
Requirements:
Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role preferred.
Strong in attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Must be reliable and punctual.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
