Pay rate $45-$50/hr Benefits + Vacation Dynamic and Growing environment Team & Independent work setting Newer machinery & technologyResponsibilities Equipment installation and maintenance, ensuring machinery operates at peak performance. Handle installation, relocation, and routine maintenance, preventing breakdowns and optimizing functionality. Troubleshooting mechanical issues is our forte; we diagnose, repair, and replace faulty components swiftly to minimize downtime. Precision alignment is key to accurate operation, and we utilize advanced tools for this task. Welding and fabrication are part of our skill set, enabling us to repair and fabricate metal components as needed. Maintenance and repair of hydraulic and pneumatic systems are also within our expertise. Safety compliance is paramount, with strict adherence to protocols and participation in regular inspections and training. Interpreting blueprints, utilizing them to assemble and troubleshoot machinery accurately. Predictive maintenance techniques are employed to anticipate and prevent equipment failures. Tool management is another aspect we excel in, ensuring all tools are well-maintained and calibrated for optimal performance.Qualifications Valid Ontario (433A) Industrial Mechanic Millwright is preferred 5+ years of hands-on experience with Strong foundation of millwrighting Previous experience in metal/steel fabrication/processing Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with innovative thinking and independence Capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
