Ortho Certified Dental Assistant - Metroplex Dental - PT

The team at Metroplex Dental located in Burnaby, BC is looking for a passionate, experienced Ortho Certified Dental Assistant on a part-time basis.

The ideal Ortho CDA for our practice will be assisting in Ortho and working as a treatment coordinator to create treatment plans with patients, follow up with patients, and book all ortho treatments.

The Ortho CDA will play their part in the team, to equip the Dentist by providing outstanding treatment assistance and preparing the treatment room and dental equipment/instruments for patient arrival.

SCHEDULE:

• 8 hours a week
• Days of the week - 1 Monday, could possibly lead to more days a week.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Completion of a Certified/Registered Dental Assisting Level II with Ortho Module

• Registered or in process of registering with the:

• BC College of Oral Health Professionals

• 2 years of experience is required

• Experience with dental practice management software - Tracker is required

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families

• Customer service mindset
