It’s our employee promise.Our hybrid work model provides the balance between working from home and enjoying meaningful in-person interactions.Read on to see how you can shape the future, win as a team, and grow with us.About The RoleWe are looking for a Customer Service Representative I to join our growing team!What You’ll Do HereAnswer incoming phone calls by demonstrating unparalleled customer serviceRespond to customer questions and adjust related to their customer’s accountPromote self-service by helping and guiding customers through the various tools available online or on their mobile applicationSend documents or copies of policies to clientsRespond to the various customer needs related such as answering general questions, proceeding with re-enrollment after a cancellation and solving problems encountered by customersLearn about Intact's company values and how you can demonstrate these in your everyday routinesWhat You Bring To The TableThe ideal candidate enjoys interacting with clients and team members and is able to establish a rapport on the phone or via email/chat and has a passion for delivering exceptional client service:At least 6 months of customer service experienceDemonstrated skills with computer systems and applications (macOS/Windows)Autonomy, dynamism and strong communication skillsGood computer skills - Microsoft Office Suite and othersExcellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced changing environmentHigh attention to detail and extremely organized and task orientedNo Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in CanadaHome internet speeds required: 30 Mbp/s (download speeds)AssetsBilingual (French and English) - Requires answering calls and providing service to an English-speaking and French-speaking clientele on a regular basisExperience working within a call centre environmentExperience working in a Work-from-home/hybrid environmentWhat We OfferWorking here means you'll be empowered to be and do your best every day.
