Job Description As a PT Shift Leader at Mark's, you will create great experiences by engaging with customers to ensure they find what they are looking for quickly and easily. You will also draw on your previous retail or leadership skills to be a role model to the team as well as lead the store when needed.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional customer experiences to support your team achieve performance targets.
