STATUS: Full-Time Permanent Position
SHIFT: Straight Night Shift
INDUSTRY: Manufacturing
OVERVIEW: Holds a valid Millwright License (433A)
Ability to Read and Interpret Blueprints and Schematics
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under tight time deadlines.
Troubleshoots repairs and maintains production and production supporting equipment with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanic components.
Experience in an automotive manufacturing environment
Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical theory for CNC machines
Maintenance and repair of CNC equipment and automated systems.
Set up and operate tool room equipment such as lathes, milling machines, surface grinders, etc. to manufacture close tolerance components. Experience operating milling machines, lathes, and surface grinders.
Ability to perform basic pipe and hose installations.
Ability to perform basic low-voltage electrical troubleshooting.
Familiar with the maintenance and repair of six-axis robots.
Repair and/or replace hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic components such as cylinders, pumps, motors, valves, pipes, hoses, filters, gearboxes, bearing assemblies etc.
