Omnitrans is currently searching for a Logistics Specialist, Courier Services to join our Courier team in Montreal.
Responsibilities :
Identify and assess clients’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication
Manage large volume of shipments and provide status updates, reports and key performance indicator (KPI) to clients
Process package data (shipments, re-ships)
Coordinate dispatching / pickups with vendors and warehouses
Follow up with clients/vendors to ensure resolution
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
Initiate and follow up on tracers and delivery intercept
Initiate and follow up on claims against courier service provider
Perform general clerical duties
Promote courier service and provide spot quotes
Improve the department proficiency and coordinate with other departments
What you bring:
3 to 5 years of experience in customer service or related field
Computer knowledge (word, excel)
Excellent communication skills and fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
Customer Service Skills
Autonomous
Prioritize and manage time effectively
