Our clients include industry leading organizations who partner with us to be an extension of their HR & Recruitment function.Position: Test EngineerLocation: Vaughan, ONSalary: $70,000-$100,000 per yearIndustry: Manufacturing / HVAC / EngineeringEmployment Term: Full Time / In-personRoles & ResponsibilitiesUnderstanding and Calibration of HVAC systems, sensors, transducers, and data acquisition.Efficiently plan resource and equipment usage in the testing facility.Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans and work instructions.Utilize PLC and Lab-view programming for system development.Test, operate, and maintain lab equipment, troubleshooting electrical and control systems.Install equipment, systems, and components, ensuring compliance with standards and plans.Perform various physical tests (e.g., system performance, airflow, noise, vibration) according to standards and best practices.Collect, analyze, and report data accurately and comprehensively.Additional related duties.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering.1-2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with HVAC experience.Strong communication skills - verbal and written.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.Note: We thank all candidates for their time.
