Technician Property Maintenance

We are currently hiring a lead technician & another technician to join our team at Crown Property Services.

The candidate must have a drivers license to be able to drive our work vehicle to customers properties throughout the day. You will be working with another technician as your helping hand to complete the days work. Must be comfortable on Roofs, Ladders & working at heights!

During the first two week probation period, a wage of $23/hr will be paid to determine suitability before rising to $25/hr.

We are looking for someone who is experienced with gutter/window cleaning, tucker poles, squeegee, pressure washing and roof cleaning.

We are looking for people with a keen eye for detail who take pride in their work, in addition to being friendly, hard working and goal oriented. A great attitude, work ethic and the ability to work independently is a must.
We work often on high-end & luxury homes throughout Vancouver & north/west Vancouver, a clean criminal background check may be required.
