Qualifications: Proven experience as a Recruiting Specialist, preferably in the healthcare industry. Passionate about finding the perfect talent matches and dedicated to creating a positive candidate experience. Strong skills in establishing and achieving recruiting goals. Proficient in using diverse sourcing channels, including social media, web searches, job boards, and industry associations. Excellent communication skills to effectively lead the hiring process and update key stakeholders on interview status.
