The team at Orchard Heights Dental located in Aurora, Ontario is looking for a passionate, hard-working Certified Dental Assistant level 2 on a full-time basis. NDAEB certificate required

The ideal CDA for our practice values playing their part for the team, to equip the Dentist through providing outstanding treatment assistance and preparing the treatment room and dental equipment/instruments for patient arrival.

We are searching for a friendly, team oriented, well organized, efficient dental assistant to join our busy multi dentist/multi specialist well established dental office located in north Aurora. We are looking for a versatile person to assist our periodontist on Mondays, our Endodontist on Wednesdays and our general dentist on Thursdays and Fridays, there will also be sterilization, floater and some front desk duties when you are not chairside assisting.

SCHEDULE (5 days / week):

• Mondays: 8 am -5 pm
• Tuesday: 10am-7pm
• Wednesdays: 8 am - 5 pm
• Thursdays: 10 am -7 pm
• Fridays: 8 am - 4 pm

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Completion of a Certified/Registered Dental Assisting Level II

• Registered or in process of registering with the:

• Ontario Dental Assistant Association

• 2 year of experience is preferred but new graduates are welcome too

• Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix is preferred

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families

• Customer service mindset
