This includes:- Engaging and interacting with guests to create a positive shopping experience – in person and on the phone.- Providing full island service and assisting on all inquiries. Assisting customers with requirements for oil, lube, and propane sales.- Processing sales transactions- Ensuring proper merchandising and housekeeping standards within the department including adequate display, stock, and rotation of products.- Maintaining a safe environment for all employees, customers, and vendors. Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety requirements.- Completing general housekeeping duties, assisting team members when necessary, and any other duties as assigned.Who you are:You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:- Must be capable of lifting up to 30kg- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills- Experience in providing excellent customer service- Manual dexterity required to use petroleum pumps, sales till and peripherals.- Must be available a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.Our Team Members receive competitive salaries, a comprehensive benefits package and an employer-contributed pension plan.
