Position Summary The Automotive Bodyshop Painter is a mechanically skilled individual with a conscientious work ethic who is responsible for priming, prepping, masking, and painting vehicles. This is an integral role within the Bodyshop Department that requires impeccable quality and skills. Reporting directly to the Bodyshop Manager, the Automotive Painter works closely with the Collision Estimator to ensure that customers' vehicles are painted properly and in the most efficient manner. Key ResponsibilitiesPrime, prep, mask, and paint vehiclesMix paint according to specificationsCorrect paints flaws as neededMaintain a clean, efficient and safe working environmentLearn and stay current with the newest techniques and materials Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned or modified as necessary throughout the course of your employment.
