must be available for overnight trips throughout the school year and has the ability to facilitate and plan rigorous, physical trips as well as participate on rigorous, physical trips.The ideal candidate has/is:- Successful experience working outdoors with youth- Detail oriented with an eye towards Risk Management- Experience with team-teaching- Excellent communication skills with both adolescents and adults- Organized and reliable- Certifications relevant to Outdoor Education- Certified in Wilderness First Aid- The desire to be creative in their planning and confident in implementing student centered lessons.This posting closes on May 15th and interviews will be conducted in the last week of May.
